Adrienne Hansen
Adrienne has represented Maine’s injured workers in workers’ compensation and social security disability cases statewide since 2003. Adrienne’s clients include construction and manufacturing workers, truck drivers, nurses, caregivers, police officers, teachers, administrative and clerical workers, many of whom have permanently disabling, career-ending injuries. Over the years, Adrienne has developed a reputation for zealous advocacy and empowering clients to “tell their story.” Adrienne knows how to navigate the insurance maze and work with medical professionals to make sure her clients get top compensation and necessary medical treatment. Prior to joining Maine Employee Rights Group, Adrienne practiced employment and labor law for eight years, representing employees and unions in federal and state court, before the labor board, and in arbitration.
A native of Massachusetts, Adrienne obtained her undergraduate degree from Duke University in 1997 and her law degree from the University of Colorado in 2002. Adrienne was admitted to the bar in Maine in 2003, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Maine and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. In her free time, Adrienne enjoys exploring the coast and mountains of Maine with her family.
